  • product description:The traditional In Circuit Test (ICT) has many problems:
    Tiny package SMT chips and BGAS make it difficult to add test points for each leg on PCB board.
    The price of the IVT will be higher if it is built into boundary scanning function, e.g. AGILENT3070.
    The complex chips cost the ICT test development more time and more expenses. The PCB engineers are asked to embed plenty of test points, which is unacceptable for small devices.
    The traditional ICT online programming is slow, lack of efficiency and more expensive.
    Nowadays components will become smaller and smaller with the increasingly intensive pins, so there will be more and more encapsulations have no pins outside, such as the BGA, FQP and LPQ.
    So how can we fix the problems above?
